Terms & Conditions – JPA Tour and Travels Kanyakumari

By booking a tour or service with JPA Tour and Travels Kanyakumari, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your booking.

1️⃣ Booking Confirmation

  • A booking is confirmed only after the required advance payment is completed.
  • The balance payment must be cleared before the start of the journey.
  • Booking vouchers and detailed itinerary will be shared once at least 50% payment is received.

2️⃣ Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are quoted in INR unless mentioned otherwise.
  • Prices are based on availability at the time of booking and are subject to change without prior notice.
  • There are no hidden charges — inclusions and exclusions will be clearly mentioned in the itinerary.
  • Any increase in taxes, fuel charges, or government levies will be borne by the customer.

3️⃣ Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellation charges will apply as per hotel, transport, and other service provider policies.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting applicable cancellation charges.
  • No refund will be provided for unused services, sightseeing, meals, or early departures.
  • Refund processing may take 7–14 working days.

4️⃣ Changes & Amendments

  • Any changes to travel dates, itinerary, or passenger details are subject to availability and additional charges.
  • Name corrections or ticket rescheduling are governed by airline or transport provider rules.

5️⃣ Travel Documents

  • It is the traveler’s responsibility to carry valid travel documents such as passport, visa, ID proof, and permits.
  • Flyaway Holidays is not responsible for denial of boarding or entry due to incorrect, incomplete, or expired documents.

6️⃣ Hotel Check-in / Check-out

  • Standard hotel check-in and check-out times apply as per hotel policy.
  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

7️⃣ Transportation & Sightseeing

  • Vehicles are provided on a point-to-point basis as mentioned in the itinerary. Additional charges may apply for extra usage.
  • Air-conditioning may be switched off in hill areas as per transport regulations.
  • Sightseeing is subject to local conditions, weather, road access, and government regulations.

8️⃣ Force Majeure

  • JPA Tour and Travels Kanyakumari shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by natural calamities, strikes, weather conditions, roadblocks, or government restrictions.
  • Any additional expenses arising due to such circumstances must be borne by the traveler.

9️⃣ Responsibility & Liability

  • JPA Tour and Travels Kanyakumari acts only as a travel facilitator between customers and service providers.
  • We are not responsible for loss of baggage, valuables, injuries, accidents, or personal loss during the trip.
  • Travel insurance is recommended and subject to the traveler’s discretion.

🔟 Behavior & Conduct

  • Misbehavior, violation of local laws, or misconduct during the tour may result in termination of services without refund.
  • Travelers must respect local customs, rules, and regulations at all destinations.

By confirming a booking, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions mentioned above.
